Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive sales, build the brand and product reputation, and enter new territories and channels throughout the Europe and Middle East region.
Works With:
- Sales leaders in Europe territories.
- Global marketing functional leads – Product, Channel, Campaign, Online, Partnerships, PR, Culture.
- Marketing directors in AMPAC and China regions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the global marketing plan and implement a coordinated strategy and tactical plan for the marketing in EMEA.
- Collaborate on global product positioning, packaging, pricing, messaging and merchandising strategy as part of global marketing leadership team.
- Lead a marketing team located in Eur HQ, including leads and managers in campaign, online, channel, PR, culture, partnerships, events and training.
- Lead planning with country sales managers on role of channels, market development and execution at retail.
- Lead a team of in-country marketing managers in key markets including UK, Germany, and France, responsible for the implementation of marketing initiatives in the territory.
- Lead Eur partnership strategy and coordination within the global framework and plan, including content, platform and brand partners.
- Help develop and implement a long-term direct-to-consumer activation strategy in the region, including ecomm merchandising, demand generation and conversion online.
- Innovate in multi-platform, regional campaign initiatives including social media and event activation.
- Manage marketing metrics and analytics in region, within the global plan, including awareness, message communication, purchase intent and campaign ROI.
- Build a team of diverse and accomplished talent to complement and push the global strategy and creative dialog.
- Identify and align with the best marketing, design and communication resources in Eur.
- Drive best practices for campaign, channel and culture marketing in region.
Qualifications:
- European or deep Europe experience.
- Strong strategic marketing capabilities, with proven expertise of market assessment, engagement and execution.
- Experience with Consumer electronics channels and products.
- Experience with global organizations where with product and marketing HQ in a different region.
- Understanding and success with social and content based marketing approaches.
- Able to forge strong relationships with sales org and channels.
