Our client a reputation for excellence and for being a leading investor. With a sizeable portfolio of cleantech assets (secondaries & direct), the Principal will be working directly with a Partner to manage them towards an exit as well as making additional investments.
Experience required:
- Ideally you would have completed a minimum of 3 private equity/venture capital transactions as principal
- Can demonstrate a solid understanding of technology and commercialisation issues, particularly relating to the energy sector
- A proven track record of working with high growth potential companies
- Experience in driving successful exits from portfolio companies
- A professional and enthusiastic approach to working
- Enthusiasm for the energy sector
- Excellent communication skills
