Director, Strategy and Operations, EMEA

A performance driven mobile ad network that providers mobile publishers a way to monetize their traffic and gives advertisers with a targeted way to reach consumers while they surf the internet from their mobile phones.

As Director, Strategy and Operations, you will join the Regional Leadership Team to help accelerate growth through development of new strategic opportunities and deep analysis of existing performance and processes. You will be a key member of the regional business, actively shaping the business with your expertise gained through several years in consulting to companies on similar challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate existing sales operations to ensure consistency, deliver best practice and drive efficiency.
• Analyse network performance across multiple dimensions to create actionable business insights.
• Work with Regional Leadership Team to define, set and communicate strategic and operational plans on quarterly and annual basis.
• Assess, prioritise and execute a broad range of transformative strategic initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver on strategic projects across Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Product Management and across several continents.
• Build and manage data analysis and strategic planning function for the Region.
